How do I return an item?

No returns are accepted without an authorization from Pewter Parlour. Return requests must be made my phone within 10 days of the receipt of the product. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the order. No exceptions. Glass or other products returned to Pewter Parlour with damages other than those reported initially by the customer (poorly packaged glass not reported broke) will be charged to the customer. Credit of returns will not be issued until merchandise is received by our return department.
